Windows may say “Windows protected your PC”. The app is not code-signed yet, so Windows does not know the publisher. Choose More info → Run anyway. The checksum below lets you confirm the file is ours.

Install, update, remove
  1. Run the installer. It installs for your user only (no admin needed) and adds a tray icon.
  2. If Windows asks for WebView2, the installer opens Microsoft's download page; install it, then run the installer again.
  3. Updates: in the app, Settings → Check for updates. The app never checks on its own.
  4. Remove it from Settings → Apps in Windows, like any app.

Pulse and other systems

Pulse raises the history to 1,000 items and 500 pins, with any shortcut, once the app is linked to your account. Linking arrives with the next build; until then every copy of the app is Free. Mac and phones are planned, not available.

  • Every copy keptYour last 25 copies and 3 pins, searchable. Open the list with a shortcut you choose.
  • Paste where you typeHold Ctrl+V: a small bubble of recent copies opens at the text cursor. Pick one and it is pasted.
  • Secrets are refusedCard numbers, private keys and API keys (Stripe, GitHub, AWS and more) are never kept, and the window tells you when it skipped one.
  • Stays on your computerThe history is a file on your PC. Nothing you copy is sent anywhere.
