What you get, what it costs, and what happens if it goes wrong.

The short version

Who you are dealing with

Cash Callin is a digital studio building websites, e-commerce storefronts, AI integrations and small games. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Cash Callin; “you” means the person or business using the site or buying from us.

We work with clients anywhere in the world and we deal by email. There is no counter to walk up to, so there is no street address to publish; if you need one in writing for a formal notice, ask and we will give it to you directly.

Using the site means these terms apply to you. If you do not accept them, the honest answer is to not use the site — there is nothing to sign and nothing hidden.

Website builds

The price is fixed before anything starts

Every build is quoted as one number in US dollars, agreed in writing before work begins. The published tiers are the starting points:

Prices are in USD and are exclusive of any sales tax or VAT that applies where you are. Where we are required to charge it, it is shown separately on the invoice.

Payment

• 50% deposit on acceptance of the quote. Work is scheduled when it clears.
• 50% balance when the build is finished and approved, before it goes live on your domain. We do not hold a finished site hostage for anything else.
• Invoices are due within 14 days. Work pauses on an invoice more than 14 days overdue, and resumes when it is settled.
• The deposit covers work already scheduled and started. If you cancel before any work has begun, it is refunded in full. If you cancel after, we refund the part not yet worked and tell you plainly which part that is.

Two review rounds

Every fixed-price build includes two rounds of review: you look at the work, you send your changes as one list, we make them. Then once more. This is what keeps a fixed price honest for both of us — unlimited revisions at a fixed price is a promise nobody keeps.

A third round, or a change that arrives after approval, is quoted before it is done. You will never receive a bill for revision work you did not agree to in advance.

Our four promises, as terms

• Fixed in 48 hours. You get a firm number within two business days of telling us what you need.
• You own it all. On final payment, the code, the content, the domain, the hosting account and the analytics are yours outright.
• Under 1.5 seconds. If the delivered site does not load its main content in under 1.5s on a normal connection, we keep working on it at no charge until it does. Measured on the pages we built, on hosting we set up.
• 14 days, or 20% off. Counted from the day we have all your content and approvals, and paused by any day we are waiting on you.

Scope, and what is not in it

The quote lists what is included. Unless it says otherwise, these are not included and are quoted separately:

• writing your copy, or translating it;
• photography, video, or stock licences bought in your name;
• third-party subscriptions — a CMS plan, an email service, a payment processor's fees, a font licence, a domain renewal;
• migrating data out of a system we were not told about;
• work on a platform we did not build, beyond what a Care plan covers;
• ongoing hosting after the free Care period ends on the tiers that include one.

You are responsible for the content you give us: that you have the right to use it, that it is accurate, and that it is legal where it will be published. We will tell you if something looks like a problem, but we cannot verify your rights to an image.

Monthly plans

Care plans are billed monthly in advance. Either of us can end one with 30 days' notice; we will hand over hosting, backups and access rather than leave you stranded.

Pulse subscription terms

• $3.90 a month, or $39 a year. USD — the yearly price is twelve months for the price of ten, a $7.80 saving. Billed in advance, renewing automatically until you cancel.
• Cancel any time, from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not cut you off the moment you cancel.
• Refunds. We do not pro-rate a part-used month or year by default. If Pulse did not do what this page says it does, email us and we will refund it — we would rather give the money back than argue about $3.90. Where you have a statutory right to cancel (for example the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU/UK), that right applies and overrides this paragraph.
• Price changes apply from your next renewal and are announced at least 30 days beforehand, by email, to the address on the account.
• What Pulse measures is described on the Pulse section of the home page. It reports what it can observe. It does not, and cannot, promise that any AI assistant will recommend you — see below.

What no plan promises

We can measure whether an assistant is able to read your page: whether your robots.txt lets it in, whether your business details are machine-readable, whether the words exist in the HTML before JavaScript runs. All of that is observable and you can check every one of it yourself.

We cannot promise a search ranking, an AI assistant naming you, a number of visitors, or a number of sales. Nobody can, and anyone who does is guessing. No part of this service is sold on that basis.

The free tools

The site scan

Free to use. Two limits exist, both to stop automated abuse rather than to sell you something: a cap on scans per hour from one address, and a 24-hour cache so scanning the same unchanged page repeatedly does not re-run the measurement.

Scanning an address asks Google PageSpeed Insights to load it and asks our own server to fetch its public HTML and robots.txt. Only scan addresses you are allowed to ask a third party to fetch.

The QR studio

Free, and the codes are drawn entirely inside your own browser — the link, the image and the logo are never uploaded. Downloads are metered for fair use:

Said plainly: this counter lives in your browser, because the codes are made in your browser and never reach us. Clearing your browser data resets it. It is a fair-use line, not a lock, and we are telling you that rather than pretending to an enforcement we do not have. Codes you make are yours to use commercially, with no attribution and no expiry.

The browser extension

Cash Callin Pulse for Chrome is free. It sends one thing — the address of the tab you are on, when you press the button — and only to cashcallin.net. It is provided as-is; if it breaks a page, stop using it and tell us.

Referral programme

Anyone with an account gets a referral code. Sharing your link tags the visitor's browser for 90 days and attaches the code to any enquiry they send in that window.

• Commission is calculated on the amount the client actually paid, excluding tax and any third-party costs passed through at cost.
• Build commission is paid within seven days of the client's payment clearing. Care commission is paid monthly, for as long as that client stays on a plan.
• All commissions are paid in USD.
• Payouts are arranged manually today. There is no automated payments system yet: the counter in your account is the evidence, and we settle by agreement with you. We are saying this rather than implying a machine exists that does not.
• The counter in your account counts referred sign-ups. It is not an invoice and does not by itself mean money is owed — a referral earns commission when the client pays.
• You may not bid on our brand name in paid search, spam, impersonate us, promise things on our behalf, or refer yourself or a business you control. Any of those voids the commission on that referral.
• We may change the rates with 30 days' notice. Commission already earned on a client is not affected by a later change.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site or its tools to:

• scan, probe or fetch an address you have no right to have fetched;
• break, overload, or work around the rate limits and quotas;
• make a QR code that points at malware, phishing, or content that is illegal where it will be seen;
• create an account with someone else's email address;
• resell the free tools as your own service.

We can suspend an account or block an address for any of the above. Where the reason is not obviously abuse, we will tell you what happened and why.

Who owns what

• Your work is yours. On final payment, everything we built for you — code, design, content, configuration — transfers to you outright.
• Our tools are ours. The site, the scanner, the QR studio and the extension stay ours. Using them does not give you a licence to their source.
• Third-party components we use in your build keep their own licences, and we list them if you ask.
• Showing the work. We may name you as a client and show screenshots of the finished site in a portfolio, unless you tell us not to — in which case we will not, and you do not have to give a reason.

Rights you keep, whatever this document says

Because we are registered in Australia, one specific set of protections applies to everything we sell, and it is worth knowing what they are. Everything we sell costs well under $100,000, so the Australian consumer guarantees cover it — for businesses buying from us as well as individuals. Three of them matter here. We must supply our services:

• with due care and skill;
• fit for any purpose you told us about, or that we said we were fit for;
• within a reasonable time, where no time was agreed.

If we fail one of those, you have rights we cannot sign away: to have the problem fixed, and where the failure is major, to cancel and be refunded, and to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. You do not need to buy anything extra to get them, and no promise we make replaces them — our own promises below sit on top of them.

If you are in the UK, the EU, or anywhere else with its own consumer law, you keep that too. We do not ask anyone to trade their local protection for ours.

Refunds

Those are our own terms and they are deliberately generous. They are in addition to your legal rights, not instead of them. If something we supplied has a major failure, you are entitled to a refund whatever the table says and whatever period has passed.

Liability

The free tools are provided as they are, to the extent the law allows. A scan is a measurement of a page at a moment in time, not a warranty about your business, and decisions you take on the back of it are yours.

First, and above everything in this section: where a consumer guarantee applies to what we supplied, our liability for failing it is limited only as far as that law itself permits — which for services means, at our election, supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again, and only where limiting it that way is fair and reasonable. Nothing below reduces that.

Subject to that, and only where the law allows a limit at all, our total liability for any other claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work the claim is about, in the twelve months before it arose, and we are not liable for lost profit, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, or your right to bring a claim in your local courts.

If we cannot sort something out between us, you can take it to the consumer body where you live. In Australia that is NSW Fair Trading or the ACCC; elsewhere it is your national equivalent. We would rather you emailed us first, but nothing here is meant to discourage you from going straight there.

Before anyone involves a court: email us. Almost everything is a misunderstanding that one honest conversation fixes.

Changes to these terms

When these change, the date at the top changes. A change that affects a price you are already paying, or a right you already have, applies from your next renewal and is emailed to you at least 30 days beforehand — not applied quietly.
